Thousands of providers own policy packs from template shops, past consultants or DIY weekends, and almost none of them know whether those documents still meet the current Practice Standards. Rules changed on 1 July 2026. New SIL standards are in force. The pricing document was replaced. Documents age fast in this sector.
Send us what you have. You get a written verdict: what's current, what's superseded, what's missing for your registration groups, what would draw an auditor's attention, and a prioritised fix-list you can action yourself.

And here's the part we're proud of: if you go on to any Bowerbird package, SIL upgrade or retainer within 60 days, the full review fee comes off the price. The review is free to everyone who continues with us, and genuinely useful to everyone who doesn't.

Signed within one business day of a complete intake, usually within 24 hours.
- Your 24 hours run from the moment your intake is complete, every question answered and any documents in and checked.
- We review Mon–Fri 9:00–17:00 Melbourne time. If your 24 hours land outside that, we sign by the close of the next window instead, you'll see your exact signed-by time before you pay.
- If we miss it, 10% comes off your invoice.
- Capacity is 4 signed documents a day; when a day is full, the page shows the next one.
What we won't do
Rubbish your documents to sell you ours. If what you own is solid, we'll say so, and you'll only ever pay for the gap.
