If you deliver SIL you'll get around 15 more, and if you support anyone at mealtimes a short set on that, roughly four extra minutes, so we can check you against the standards that actually apply to you rather than guessing. You get a Readiness Snapshot by email: your likely audit pathway, what your answers flag, and the questions an auditor would ask about each one. A reviewer reads it before it reaches you. It reads the answers you give us rather than the documents you hold, which is why it is free. If something in your answers needs a closer look, our team reads it and replies to you. A signed verdict on the documents you actually hold is the Audit-Ready Review.

If you deliver SIL, you also get
a check against all four of the new SIL Practice Standards, and a plain statement of what a free check couldn't test. Some things can only be assessed by looking at how support is actually delivered, and we'd rather say so than imply otherwise.
What we won't do
Spam you, call you unannounced, or share your details. One report, one follow-up email, that's it unless you want more.
Your answers are stored in Australia. We never ask for a participant's details, and if any reach us a person reads them before we work from the document. Your answers may be processed outside Australia, and our email provider is outside Australia too. We use your answers to prepare your report and to contact you about it, nothing else.
