Which pathway applies to you is set by the registration groups you apply for, and it's the Commission's call, not ours. We confirm it with you at scoping before you commit anything, and if we scope you onto the wrong pathway, we fix it at our cost.

All prices ex-GST. *Not included:* the approved quality auditor's fee, insurance and worker screening, arranged and paid directly by you.
We are taking orders for this package now. Before you pay anything you will have your start date and your delivery date in writing, and the 10 business days run from the start date.

If you deliver SIL
SIL is assessed against the Core Module plus the new SIL Practice Standards (Module 5A), which came into force on 1 July 2026, and the audit type is certification. That's four extra standards: supported decision-making, safeguarding, practice governance, and agreements about tenancy, housing and support arrangements, and evidence that is gathered per *house*, not just per organisation. It's a genuinely bigger build, so it's a separate price rather than a surcharge hidden in the fine print.
How it works, with the honest timeline
Our part: Day 0: engage + intake form → Day 1: scoping call, and your first signed documents within one business day of it → Day 2–8: we build the rest, you answer the odd question → Day 9–10: delivery walkthrough → You apply, we stay on call. First documents: one business day from your scoping call. Full suite: 10 business days from your start date, in writing before you pay.
The whole journey: Registration itself typically takes 4–6 months (verification) or 8–12 months (certification) from application to approval. That part is set by the Commission's process and your auditor's availability, not by us, your audit is arranged directly between you and the auditor you choose.
Honesty box: We prepare you thoroughly. We don't and can't guarantee registration or audit outcomes, and we can't compress the Commission's or an auditor's timeline, no honest firm can. What we can say: every document we deliver is mapped to the Standards, reviewed by a human, and built from what auditors actually ask for.
