Registration-Ready Package
Registration-ready in 10 business days. One fixed price.
Whether you're registering because the new mandates require it or because you want access to NDIA-managed participants, we build the entire compliance foundation your audit will test.
What it costs
Verification $2,450 · Certification $3,450
Verification pathway (lower-risk supports): $2,450 fixed.
Certification pathway (higher-risk supports, e.g. personal care, SIL): $3,450 fixed — now including an auditor shortlist with current lead times, your staff practice-evidence pack, and 90 days of post-delivery questions. Complex multi-module scopes quoted before you commit.
Pay in 4 instalments on either package, or 50% on engagement / 50% on delivery — your choice.
All prices ex-GST. Third-party costs (application and audit fees) are payable separately — we'll list them plainly before you engage.
What's included
- Scoping session — we map your services to the right registration groups and confirm your pathway (verification or certification). You make the final call with clear information.
- Complete customised policy & procedure suite — mapped to every applicable NDIS Practice Standard and quality indicator, written in plain English your staff will actually read, customised to how you really operate.
- Registers pack — incident, complaint, risk, continuous improvement and training registers, set up and ready to use.
- Self-assessment support — your Commission application self-assessment responses, drafted for your review.
- Evidence pack structure — organised exactly the way auditors ask for it.
- Mock-audit checklist — so nothing at the real audit is a surprise.
How it works — with the honest timeline
Our part: Day 0 engage + intake → Days 1–2 scoping + kickoff → Days 3–8 we build → Days 9–10 delivery walkthrough. Documents: 10 business days.
The whole journey: Registration itself typically takes 4–6 months (verification) or 8–12 months (certification) from application to approval — set by the Commission's process and auditor availability, not by us. Two major auditors left the market in 2026 and queues are long, which is why we hand you an auditor shortlist with current lead times on day one and tell you to book your auditor before your documents are finished.
Honesty box: We prepare you thoroughly. We don't and can't guarantee registration or audit outcomes, and we can't compress the Commission's or an auditor's timeline — no honest firm can. What we can say: every document we deliver is mapped to the Standards, reviewed by a human, and built from what auditors actually ask for.
