If you're a registered SIL provider, the NDIS Commission's new SIL Practice Standards module took effect on 1 July 2026: four outcomes covering supported decision-making, safeguarding, practice governance, and agreements about tenancy, housing and support. You'll be assessed against them at your next mid-term or re-certification audit. Your existing documents were written before these standards existed.
We take your current suite, map every document against the four new outcomes, update what needs updating, flag what's missing, and hand back an evidence checklist for your next audit, reviewed by a human, delivered in plain English your staff will actually read.
What it costs
$1,150 fixed
Most providers combine it with a retainer so the next change is handled for them without having to watch for it, first retainer month free if you continue within 30 days.

- Your 24 hours run from the moment your intake is complete, every question answered and any documents in and checked.
- We review Mon–Fri 9:00–17:00 Melbourne time. If your 24 hours land outside that, we sign by the close of the next window instead, you'll see your exact signed-by time before you pay.
- If we miss it, 10% comes off your invoice.
- Capacity is 4 signed documents a day; when a day is full, the page shows the next one.
