- Your 24 hours run from the moment your intake is complete, every question answered and any documents in and checked.
- We review Mon–Fri 9:00–17:00 Melbourne time. If your 24 hours land outside that, we sign by the close of the next window instead, you'll see your exact signed-by time before you pay.
- If we miss it, 10% comes off your invoice.
- Capacity is 4 signed documents a day; when a day is full, the page shows the next one.
This form never asks for a participant's name, date of birth, NDIS number, address or health details, and you should never put them in. If you do, we stop and ask you to remove them before anything is drafted.
Your answers are stored in Australia. We never ask for a participant's details, and if any reach us a person reads them before we work from the document. Your answers may be processed outside Australia, and our email provider is outside Australia too. We use your answers to prepare your report and to contact you about it, nothing else.
