Most compliance consultants make you book a discovery call to learn the price. We think you're busy. Everything is ex-GST.
September pricing, and what it is
Until 30 September 2026, the three documents we sign within one business day are $390 each: the SIL Lodgement Check, the Audit-Ready Review and the Act-Readiness Review. The SIL Gap Check is $1,150. From 1 October 2026 those prices are $750 and $1,450, and the page will say so on the day.
We are not showing you a crossed-out number. A crossed-out price is a claim about what we charged before, and that claim only means something if it really was the price, for a reasonable period, immediately beforehand. What you get instead is both prices and the date they change.
Two things run alongside it. You are not asked for money until your document is finished and signed, and your invoice comes with the signed-by time already met or the credit already applied. And whatever you pay for a review comes off a registration package or the retainer in full if you take one within 60 days, which means the review costs you nothing if you go on.
Nothing is payable until it is signed
You complete your intake, you see your signed-by time and your price before you commit, and nothing is payable until your reviewer has actually signed the document. The invoice arrives at that point and the document is released to you when it is paid. If we miss the time we gave you, 10% comes off your invoice, and that comes off the invoice before you see it.
The fee comes off what you buy next
Take a registration package or the retainer within 60 days of a signed review and the whole review fee comes off it. Not a percentage, the whole fee.
Registration packages: your first documents in one business day
Your first signed documents are with you within one business day of your scoping call. The rest of the suite follows on the completion date you get in writing before you pay anything, and the 10 business days run from your start date. We would rather give you the real date than a number that sounds better.
The Certification and SIL packages are not changing in September or on 1 October 2026.
What a package costs if you start with a review
Any review fee comes off a package in full within 60 days. So a $390 review followed by a package is the package price less $390, and the review is what tells you which package you actually need.

Signed within one business day of a complete intake, usually within 24 hours.
- Your 24 hours run from the moment your intake is complete, every question answered and any documents in and checked.
- We review Mon–Fri 9:00–17:00 Melbourne time. If your 24 hours land outside that, we sign by the close of the next window instead, you'll see your exact signed-by time before you pay.
- If we miss it, 10% comes off your invoice.
- Capacity is 4 signed documents a day; when a day is full, the page shows the next one.
50% on engagement, 50% on delivery. The price on this page is the price, today and next month.

Third-party costs, application and audit fees, are payable to third parties, not to us; we'll list them plainly before you engage. Commission cost-recovery fees are flagged from 2027–28, we'll confirm amounts when published.
Bundle note: Registration Package clients who continue onto the retainer within 30 days get their first retainer month free.
Not included, and paid directly by you: the approved quality auditor's fee, insurance and worker screening. Audit fees vary by pathway and scope.

If you're not satisfied with your first month on the retainer, we refund it. (This covers our service quality, not audit outcomes, nobody can honestly promise those.)
