SIL Lodgement Check: $390
If you were delivering supported independent living before 1 July 2026 and you are not yet registered, your registration application has to be lodged with the NDIS Commission before 1 October 2026, so 30 September is the last day. Lodged, not approved. That is the date.
We check that you are ready to lodge a valid application:
- Whether you are in scope under the Commission's published SIL definition
- The registration group and Practice Standards modules the Commission will audit you against
- What the application will ask for, and which of it you already hold
- The evidence an auditor will want at Stage 1, and which of it you already have
- The five things that most often send an application back
You get a signed checklist with your gaps marked, plus a 20-minute call to walk through it.
Signed within one business day of a complete intake, usually within 24 hours.
- Your 24 hours run from the moment your intake is complete, every question answered and any documents in and checked.
- We review Mon–Fri 9:00–17:00 Melbourne time. If your 24 hours land outside that, we sign by the close of the next window instead, you'll see your exact signed-by time before you pay.
- If we miss it, 10% comes off your invoice.
- Capacity is 4 signed documents a day; when a day is full, the page shows the next one.

What this is not
We don't lodge the application for you, we don't write your policies in this product, and we can't tell you what the Commission will decide. Providers who lodge on time may keep delivering SIL while the Commission considers the application: that is the Commission's rule, not ours, and we'll point you to where it says so.
